PayNow Payroll
"I attended one of Sheila's Plain English Courses recently. It proved invaluable for communicating effectively and concisely in English - written and spoken. We all encounter the jargon that creeps into everyday use and this course highlights simple ways to avoid them. The various writing styles for different situations are well covered, as are some important points concerning websites. All in all, if you tend to use 10 words when five will do - this course is for you. Think of the extra time you will gain." Ben Daly, proprietor, Paynow Payroll

Merck Sharp & Dohme
“We found the plain English training really useful and we are now reviewing all of our communications materials for patients. It involves thinking a little differently about how we communicate and it makes a lot of sense. The one day training course was definitely worthwhile." – Jennifer Jennings, Public Affairs Manager, Merck Sharp & Dohme Ireland, (Human Health) Ltd

The Cleanwater Company September 2008
I was working on our brochure with my designer for weeks and I just wasn't 100% happy with it. I had heard of Sheila's services through my business networking group so I decided to call her two days before our brochure went to print (last minute as usual). Sheila pulled out all the stops for us and as soon as she looked at it was able to tell us what was wrong with the way it read and with some of the layout. We are delighted with our new brochure and we now have peace of mind that the 10,000 people we are it out to will understand it quickly and easily. – Daniel Downey, The Cleanwater Company
